As a result of the recent bankruptcy of Trusc bv./ Medisound essential acknowledge and experience, and particularly innovative power for the medical sector are in danger of being lost. Theo Ritmijer, recently director/ owner of Trusc bv and in 2010 proclaimed Brabant's entrepreneur of the year, has, unfortunately, not succeeded in putting his acknowledge and experience on the market of technical/ medical innovations thrown on one's own resources successfully.

In the risk of loss of acknowledge, experience and power of innovation, a powerful investment combination saw occasion to establish a new enterprise: MediSound International bv. This enterprise focuses on new innovative developments for the medical sector. Primary it implies technical and technological innovations just as the (further) development of ultrasonic purification techniques for the sterilization and disinfection of medical instrumentarium and tools. Albeit ultrasonic purification techniques find wide applications in plenty of other sectors and industries where concepts like purity and sterility are leading on enterprise processes - just as e.g. the food sector, the aviation sector or the chip industy- the medical sector hasn't yet recognized these techniques in such a way. The investment combination behind MediSound International bv. has deeply rooted in these sectors and industries and accepts the challenge to deliver the ultrasonic purification techniques, so, the benefits in terms of durability and efficiency, to the medical sector.

Improvements by innovation
The marketing position of MediSound International bv. cannot be more strikingly summered than in the following motto. "Improvements of any nature can exclusively be reached in the manner of innovation." The ultrasonic purification techniques of MediSound International bv. is ahead of its time and cannot be compared with any other techniques, that are usually judged as trendsetter for the ultrasonic technology in such a way. The difference is the innovation in technology, and particularly the scope of applications of the technology. In order to clarify: cars nowadays are being recognized as cars, but contain a world of innovation with regard to the cars of a century ago. In such a way the power of innovation can be compared to the measure that 'the sector' is receptive for innovation. Therefore, it is good to announce that the new enterprise at the 29th of March this year has come out with the presentation during the symposium Ultras(ch)oon: CSA en de toekomst" het VUMC te Amsterdam. MediSound International bv. currently
An update of the first experiences with large-scale ultrasonic purification of medical instrumentarium in a real case environment can be expected the coming period. The technique here are fully integrated in the management in a hospital. The expectation that the in the meantime recorded facts and experiences in the core competency of purification have been justified. But also in terms of efficiency of costs, the departure point will form a proceeding interaction with the sector, because the sector is related to the obligatory efficiency reports among auspices.

The composition of those Counsels will be announced at a later point of time. MediSound International bv. will be settled in the region of innovation pre-eminently; the urban region of Eindhoven.
